I do not represent landlords, property owners or property management companies
I avoid compensation schemes that are at odds with tenant/buyer’s interests
In the interest of full disclosure: I also broker multi-family properties for investors in the “traditional” way. I do not believe this activity conflicts with my work as a tenant representative since this market segment and its participants tend to be unrelated to other areas of commercial real estate.
